指出工程建设在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位,重点分析了工程建设造价的重点内容、竣工决算的编制方法和应当包含的主要内容,并指出了工程建设竣工决算编制的重要意义,以提高工程造价的管理水平,做好竣工决算的编制工作。

Engineering construction plays important roles in national economy to China. In this paper the major contents of engineering construction cost are mainly analyzed as well as methods and contents for final account making. The significant meanings of final accounting making are pointed out in order to increase the management level of engineering cost and do final accounts work well.
