The concept of intelligent residential quarter as well as contents its contained are elaborated. From four aspectsclosed circuit TV monitor system, border guard system, electronic patrol inspect system and visual-speaking system the establishment of security system scheme of intelligent residential quarter is introduced in detail in order to create a comfortable, convenient and safe dwelling environment with reasonable investment and high efficiency.
