摘要
与光学透镜和CCD的耦合方法相比,光锥和CCD的耦合器件具有体积小、重量轻、耦合效率高的特点。分析了光锥和CCD的耦合效率对整个成像系统信噪比的影响,阐述了光锥和像增强器、CCD的耦合方法。实验测试结果表明:成像系统的空间分辨力达到4lpixel/mm;对人手的X射线透视结果表明:手部骨骼轮廓清晰,能够对其病变做出准确诊断。
Compared to a lens-coupled CCD camera system,the CCD camera coupled with optical fiber taper has less cubage,lighter weight and higher collection efficiency. The influence of coupling efficiency of optical fiber taper with CCD on signal-to-noise ratio of image system is analysed. In addition , the coupling method of optical fiber taper coupling with generation image intensifier and CCD is expatiated. Inspection result shows that the resolution of imaging system is 41 pixel/mm and the expeiment for radiographic image of people hand bones indicates that imaging system can be used to medical diagnoses.
