摘要 声表面波(SAW)压力传感器是一种高精度数字化传感器,通过对SAW压力传感器输入—输出特性分析,提出采用神经模糊控制方法解决温度补偿问题,此方法将模糊推理和神经网络自学习功能结合,足以满足误差精度要求,并实现SAW压力传感器的智能化,为使其更广泛应用到工程领域奠定基础。 SAW pressure sensor is one kind of new digital sensors with precise property. Through analyses to input-output characteristic of the SAW pressure sensor,temperature compensation question solved by using neural networ and fuzzy control method is proposed ,this method unifies the fuzzy reasoning and the neural network from the study function, it satisfies the demand for the erroneous precision , and realizes SAW pressure sensor intellectualized, in order to cause it widely to apply the project domain to establish foundation.
