意识形态建设是从理论构建经宣传教育、政策及制度的实现、现实生活融注到民众心理认同、接受的一个系统过程,其中的每一环节都各有特点和要求。只有适应其特点和要求,将每个环节都真正做好,意识形态建设才能真正取得实效。这是一项艰巨的工作,但却是意识形态建设取得实效的惟一途径和方向。

Through the systematic study, it is discovered that the ideological construction is a holistic psychological self - identity and accepting process from the building of ideological theory, by educating, the realization of the policy and system and the whole aspects of the real life to the melting of the theory. Every link of the process has its own characteristics and requirements. The ideological construction may truly obtain the actual effect only through adapting those characteristics and requirements and truly completing each link well. This is a difficult process and an arduous work but actually there is no other alternative way or direction of obtaining the actual effect in the ideological construction.
