摘要 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了两种常用表面活性剂SDBS和Tween60对土壤中的DDT植物修复作用的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂SDBS可明显加速土壤中DDT的消解,为空白对照的3倍,而且SDBS可以促进南瓜对DDT的富集。在临界束胶浓度时,表面活性剂SDBS的作用效果优于Tween60。DDT在植物体中浓度分布最高为根部,南瓜可很好地去除土壤中的DDT。 Effect of two kinds of artificial surfactants on the dissipation of DDTs in soil with pumpkin was studied. Compared with the control treatment, both surfactants, SDBS and Tween 60 with critical micellization concentration, could obviously increase the DDTs dissipation rate which were increased 84% for SDBS and 75% for Tween 60, respectively. The dissipation rate of DDTs by SDBS was nearly 3 times higher than that of control treatment. Measurable concentration of DDTs was detected in the roots, stems and leaves of pumpkin. The concentration of DDTs in roots ranked highest among pumpkin tissues, which ranged from 48.78 ng·g^-1 to 7.20 ng·g^-1 in the roots, stems and leaves. The DDTs in pumpkin treated with surfactants was 3 times higher than that of treatment with water. The DDTs was found to be accumulated in tissues to a greater degree than that of using Tween 60. Artificial surfactants in the critical micellization concentration could increase desorption amount and mobility of DDTs in soil, thus enhanced the DDTs uptake by pumpkin. The artificial surfactants could change the bioavailability and then enhance the uptake capability of the persistent organic pollutants, and they would become an efficient way to remove organic contaminants.
