几种环境物质对氟虫腈在嘉兴水稻土中吸附的影响

摘要 利用批量平衡法研究了氟虫腈在几种环境物质存在的介质中的吸附动力学,旨在阐明几种环境物质(阴离子表明活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDAB)、腐植酸(HA)、硝酸铵(NH4NO3))对氟虫腈在嘉兴水稻土中吸附动力学的影响。结果表明,HA可显著增加氟虫腈在嘉兴土中的吸附;肥料NH4NO3等电解质和SDBS可以一定程度地减少氟虫腈的吸附,增加其移动性,使农药容易被洗脱;HDAB可增加氟虫腈的吸附,增加其在土壤中的滞留量,使农药氟虫腈进入地下水造成污染的风险减小。 Adsorption kinetics of fipronil in Jiaxing paddy soil with the presence of several environmental substances was studied using batch equilibrium method. Several environmental substances were selected to clarify their influences on the adsorption kinetics of fipronil, including anionic surfaetant sodium dodeeylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), cationic hexadeeyhrimethyl-ammonium bromide (HDAB), humie acid (HA), NH4NO3 as a chemical fertilizer and CaClz as a background electrolyte. The results showed that the adsorption of fipronil in soil could be enhanced greatly by solid HA. The presence of NH4NO3 and SDBS could slightly decrease the adsorption of fipronil in soil compared with the standard solution, inereaseing the mobility of fipronil. On the contrary, the presence of HDAB could increase adsorption of fipronil, and the adsorption rose with the increase of the concentration. There was little risk to groundwater polluted by fipronil when the pesticide was used normally due to the adsorption of soil with HDAB.
