摘要
针对目前国内外油气管道最高试压压力标准不明确的问题,在统计国内外代表性管线钢生产厂家管材性能并与APISpec5L标准对比的基础上,着重研究了制管过程Bauschinger效应对管道屈服强度的影响;研究了埋地管道应力状态对管道屈服强度的影响。最后给出关于油气输送管道最高试压压力的建议为:当以水为试压介质时,现场试压管道最低点环向应力值≤100%SMYS,甚至≤110%SMYS(规定的材料最低屈服强度)。
Considering the unclear maximum testing pressure standard of oil and gas pipeline home and abroad, on the basis of collecting the tubular goods performance of representative pipeline manufacturers and contrasting with API Spec 5L, the influence of Bauschinger effect on yield strength during the pipeline manufacturing is studied and the influence of buried pipeline stress on the yield strength is also studied. In conclusion, the suggestion about the maximum testing pressure of the pipeline is, when water used as testing medium, the lowest circumferential stress value is not more than 100% (even 110%) of SMYS.
