摘要
采用液压盘式刹车和顶驱等先进技术而开发设计的ZJ40CZ车装钻机,选用高速柴油发动机为行车系统和作业系统提供动力;绞车和转盘采用液力+机械传动方式驱动,绞车为双滚筒,采用液压盘式刹车作为主刹车;井架采用液压油缸起升和伸缩。ZJ40CZ车装钻机可用于复杂地形地区的油井、气井的钻探施工作业,其优越的底盘越野性、较高的作业效率,特别是高移运性,实现了钻机的快速搬家和组装,降低了钻井成本,大大提高了钻机的整体性能,能够满足中深井原油钻探开发的需要。
The ZJ40CZ truck-mounted drilling rig is developed by using hydraulic disc brake and top drive technology. In the drilling rig, the high-speed diesel engine is used as traveling system and the operating system provides power. The winch and rotating disc are driven by hydraulic and mechanical drive method. The winch is dual roller and the hydraulic disc brake is used as main brake. The derrick is lifted and flexed by using hydraulic oil cylinder. The new drilling rig can be used in complex regions. Its superior chassis cross-country feature and high operating efficiency and especially its high mobility realize its rapid moving and assembling, thus reducing its drilling cost and greatly improving its overall performance. It can meet the demand of drilling medium and deep wells.
