摘要
水力深穿透射孔是一种零转向半径的微型水平孔钻进技术,具有射孔穿透深、孔径大、流通能力强、定位准确、易于实现定向等优点。近期在锦州采油厂采用江汉机械研究所自主研制的水力深穿透系统进行了3口典型井的先导作业,每口井各作业3个孔,取得了显著的增产、增注效果。该技术可有效穿透近井污染带,并可有针对性地改造薄夹层,建议针对适用的井况进一步扩大在油水井解堵作业方面的应用。
The hydraulic deep penetration perforation is a micro-horizontal hole penetrating technology with zero turning radius. It features deep penetration, large hole radius, strong flow ability, accurate positioning and easy direction location. The self-developed system is used recently in Jinzhou Oil Production Plant in the pilot operation in three typical wells. Three holes are made in every well, obtaining significant effect of production increase and injection increase. The technology can effectively penetrate the polluted zone near the wellbore, and rebuild the thin interlayer. It is suggested to further use it in the unplugging operation according to suitable well condition.
