摘要
目前钻井井场普遍采用固化处理后掩埋复耕的方法处理废钻井液,但固化体中的污染物易被水浸泡出来,固化后仍存在污染环境的风险。对吐哈油田废钻井液,决定采用先破胶再进行固化的处理方法,并通过实验研究,确定出了适合于吐哈油田废钻井液的破胶剂和固化剂配方。该工艺和配方对吐哈油田废钻井液进行了固化处理,固化产物的强度大于0.4MPa,固化物浸出液中污染物含量达到国家污水综合排放标准二级标准要求。
Waste drilling fluid treatment presently employed in China is to first solidify the waste, and then bury the waste in farmland. The waste thus treated may have pollution impact on the environment because the pollutant in the solidified waste is easy to be rinsed off the waste and went into the soil. In Tuha oilfield, the waste drilling fluids were first treated to break the gel structure developed in the waste muds, and then make the waste solidified. A gel breaker and solidifier suitable for use in Tuha oilfield were developed. Waste muds treated with the gel breaker and solidifier had a compressive strength of 0.4 MPa. The lixivium from the solidified waste met the national discharge requirements (Level-2 standards).
