The present article analyses the reason why the Defending office of Hechi Qianhu Suo move to Desheng , clarifies the military position in Ming Dynasty （and even in Qing Dynasty） in various prefectures and counties subordinate to the Prefecture of Qingyuan and the stationing condition of Hechi Qianhu Suo ,introduces the dimensions of building in the office seat, offers real materials for the studies of Ming Dynasty＇ s military system—— Wei Suo system.
