On basis of discussing the commonness of leader role and leader consiousness, this essay probes into the function and consciousness of roles that college leaders must possess, including enterpriser, educator, academic leaders, intimate of intellectual and director of student. It also probes into the advancement and development of leader consciousness in commonness sense.
