摘要 抗冻蛋白是一类抑制冰晶生长和修饰冰晶形态的蛋白质,赋予无体温调节能力的生物在低温的环境里得以生存。本文简要介绍了水产无脊椎动物、脊椎动物和海藻抗冻蛋白的研究以及在水产行业的应用前景。 Antifreeze proteins are a kind of protein inhibiting the growth of ice crystals and modifying the conformation of ice crystals, conferring freeze resistance to biology without temperature modulation. In the paper, aquatic invertebrates, aquatic vertebrates and aquatic plant are introduced systematically.
