维生素E琥珀酸酯(VES)是维生素E(VE)的衍生物,与VE相比,VES的性质稳定,在医药和食品添加剂等领域得到了更广泛的应用。近年来众多研究结果表明,VES具有选择性抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。通过阐述VES抗肿瘤作用的特点和类型,说明VES具有广谱抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用;初步探讨了VES抗肿瘤的机制,如诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞DNA合成,诱导肿瘤细胞分化等。

Vitamin E Succinate （VES） is the derivate of vitamin E （VE）. Compared with VE, VES is more stable and has a wide use in medical and Food additive fields. Researches in recent years indicated that VES had selective antitumor action. The broad spectrum effect of VES on inhibition of tumour cells breeding was indicated through discussing the characteristic and form of its antitumour. The mechanism of antitumorigenesis of VES, such as apoptosis inducing, inhibiting DNA synthesis and differentiation induction effect, etc, was also analyzed, too.
