摘要 研究了铝试剂分光光度法测定食品中铝的含量。样品经过消解后(水样可直接取样测定),用氢氧化钠溶液中和,再经铝试剂显色后在520nm处测定其吸光值,用标准曲线法测其含量。样品中的铁对测定有干扰作用,可用抗坏血酸和盐酸羟胺加以屏蔽。此方法的线性范围为2μg/25mL20μg/25mL,回收率在96.8%101%,相对标准偏差为1.27%。该方法具有操作简便,结果准确等优点。对食品中铝含量的分析具有重要意义。 This paper describes the method for spectophotometric determination of Aluminium in food with Aluminon. After digested (water can be sampled and determined directly) and neutralized by sodium hydroxide, the sample was developed by Aluminon and detected the absorbance at 520nm. Iron in sample will disturb determination, we can add L - Ascorbic acid and hydroxylamine hydrochloride to eliminate the disturbance. The liner range of this method is 2 μg/ 25mL-20μg/25mL. The recovery range is 96. 8%-101%, and RSD is 1.27%. This method is simple, accurate and significant to the determination of Aluminium in food.
