透刺为主治疗视疲劳的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Ocular Fatigue by Point-through-point Acupuncture

目的评估透穴刺法治疗视疲劳的临床疗效。方法将60例视疲劳患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组选用攒竹透上睛明、丝竹空透鱼腰、新明1穴透下关;对照组采取复方丹参注射液穴位注射肝俞,再针刺太冲、翳明穴。两组均间日1次,共治疗20次。从患者用眼情况、视疲劳的主观症状或体征的变化程度等综合判断,对比观察两组疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组69.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论透穴刺法是治疗视疲劳的较佳方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of point-through-point acupuncture for treating ocular fatigue. Methods Sixty patients with ocular fatigue were randomly according to treatment and control groups,30 cases each. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture of Zhanzu through Jingming, Sizukong through Yuyao and Xinming 1 through Xiaguan and the control group, by point Ganshu injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza followed by acupuncture of points Taichong and Yiming. Both groups were treated once every other day ,20 times in total. The curative effects were compared between the two groups by evaluatint the patients＇ use of eyes and subjective symptoms and signs of ocular fatigue. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 69.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）Conclusion Point-through-point acupuncture is a good method for treating ocular fatigue .
