轻度认知功能损害患者TNF-α基因多态性变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 我们采用PCR扩增技术分析了正常老年人对照组及轻度认知功能损害(MCI)患者的TNF-α基因多态性,发现TNF-α基因在-308位点存在多态性,TNF-α2等位基因在MCI和对照组中的基因频率差异有显著性意义,且MCI组血清TNF-α含量明显高于对照组,认为TNF-α2基因可能引起TNF-α在体内的异常高度表达而参与MCI的发病过程。
