摘要
目前一般企业的ERP系统往往缺乏灵活性,与不断变化的应用需求相脱节,使得企业在实施ERP过程中存在较大风险和困难。本文在对几种ERP配置方法分析比较的基础上,提出了基于过程建模的ERP自动配置方法,研究了ERP系统的可配置性,定义了企业模型向ERP系统可配置模型的映射,并建立了这种方法的数学模型。在此基础上,开发了一个建模工具并建立了ERP系统的集成平台,以较小的代价实施和维护ERP系统,解决了企业因机构或业务流程的变更所造成的ERP系统不适用的问题。本文所提出的方法已在江西洪都航空工业集团公司得到成功的应用,取得了很好的效果。
Based on the analysis and comparison of several methods for the configuration of enterprise resource planning（ ERP）, an ERP auto-configuration method based on process modeling is presented. The configurability of the ERP system is studied and the mapping of the enterprise model and the configuration model is defined and a mathematical model is built. A modeling tool and the ERP system integration platform is established, which can solve the inapplicability of the ERP systems resulting from the changes in organization and business processes. The method presented in this paper has been successfully applied in Jiangxi Hongdu Group Company of Aeronautical Industry and good results have been obtained.
