摘要
从帕累托法则的内涵、及其在管理学中的成功运用引入,呈现帕累托法则出现在教师教学中的例子,分析帕累托法则不适用于教学的原因。最后,提出应该平等看待学生的发展,树立公平的教学观。
The paper presents the teaching cases from the connotation and successful use of Pareto rule in the management, analyses the reasons of Pareto rule that are not adaptable in the instruction, and finally proposes the development of students should equally be viewed and a fair instructional idea should be established.
