摘要
教师权利问题,是教师法律的核心问题。这一问题伴随着我国教育法制的构建及健全,正日益成为教育法律关系中极需探讨界定的问题。怎样认识和界定教师权利,已关系着我国教育法制的构建能否有效深入地进行和发展。
The problem of teachers＇ fights is the core of Teachers＇ law, which is becoming an essential problem with the construction and improvement of China＇ s Education law. How to know and interpret the right of the teachers is concemed with the further construction and improvement of China＇ s Education law system.
