长江750B型摩托车前制动器的装配关系可分解为三个尺寸链模型,从装配关系和技术要求来求解轴向间隙、径向间隙和因平行度及垂直度引起的间隙。笔者的推荐配合尺寸为制动盘内孔D200H10(_0^(+0.185)),制动蹄块d200d9(_(-0.285)^(-0.170)),左推力轴套长度19.2±0.105。
After the analysis on the assembly relationship of Changjiang 750B motorcycle front brake, the author recommends when assembling the brake that the following fitting dimensions should be adopted: inner hole of brake disk: D200H10 (+0.185 0) , brake shoe d200d9(-0.170-0.285) ,length of left thrust shaft sleeve 19. 2 ± 0. 105.
