摘要
本文回顾了建国以后高等学校工资分配制度改革的情况,分析了高校五次工资制度改革的情况,对改革的背景、内容进行了综述和分析。
This thesis reviews the overall situations of the salary allocation system reforms in higher education schools after the foundation of P.R.CHINA.The five salary system reforms have been analyzed and the background and contents of the reforms have also been summarized and analyzed.
