Firstly this paper gives the semantic valence structure of bivalent reliance verb： action（agent,reliance——instrument or material,patient）,and in view of the syntactic form,this paper provides that bivalent reliance verb can enter typical frame A and non-typical frame B、C、D in principle.Secondly,this paper investigates the syntactic selectivity of bivalent reliance verb,and uncovers the grammatical provision of syntactic position of the semantic item and reliance to valence carrier.Finally,this paper discusses the assignment of bivalent reliance verb to the semantic role of item,and as the parameter it describes the selective limit of valence carrier to its semantic arrangement,and uncovers the complex corresponding relations between semantic structure and syntactic structure.
