客户忠诚研究中的三个基本问题 被引量:8

摘要 在客户导向时代,客户忠诚已成为营销学术界和实业界的热点话题。本文将就目前客户忠诚研究中的几个基本问题谈几点看法,并对今后的研究方向提出建议。希望借此机会,能起到抛砖引玉的作用,引起大家对客户忠诚研究的再认识,真正推动客户忠诚的本土化研究进程。
