小浪底电厂初期投产时,机组运行可靠性较低,管理人员和技术人员从不可靠现象入手,采取各种技术和管理措施,使机组运行的稳定性得到较大的提高。
At the beginning of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant put into service, the reliability of generating units is lower. In view of generating units with no reliability, the measures based on technology and management are taken so as to greatly enhance the reliability of generating units.
