摘要 通过对电机绝缘电阻Rm、极化指数PI、绝缘吸收比KM的测量与分析,阐述了绝缘故障与Rm、PI、KM之间的关系。理论与实践证明,PI或KM与绝缘电阻Rm相比,能够更准确地发现绝缘的故障与缺陷,从而对绝缘寿命做出更准确的判断,值得在电机检测和绝缘寿命诊断研究中进一步推广和应用。 Through the measurement and analysis of the insulation resistance Rm, polarization index Pl and insulation absorptance KM for motor, the relationship is explained between the insulation fault and Rm, PI and KM. Theories and practices indicate that, PI or KM compared with Rm, can tell more accurately the insulation faults and defects, and thus the insulation life can be judged more accurately, which deserves further popularization and application in the motor detection and insulation life diagnosis.
