WCDMA协议栈中的无线链路控制(RLC)层是负责数据传输控制的协议层。文章分析了RLC层的工作机制,基于Microsoft WindowsCE.Net嵌入式操作系统完成了RLC层协议栈的设计,并按模块实现了RLC协议栈的部分功能。

RLC Layer in WCDMA protocol stack is in charge of data transmission control. This paper analyses the work mechanism of RLC Layer, completes the design of RLC Layer protocol stack under the Embedded OS WindowsCE. Net environment, and realizes several function modules of RLC Layer protocol stack.
