在简要介绍了Linux和具有MPEG-1,-2,-4硬件编解码功能的vw2010芯片后,分析了vw2010芯片的PCI Linux驱动程序,然后从驱动程序开发的角度讨论了在2.4.X内核版本下PCI驱动程序的结构框架和内核驱动程序编程接口,较为详细的分析了一种流媒体DMA的实现方式。
This paper briefly introduces the Linux OS and the vw2010, the MPEG - 1, -2, -4 CODEC chip, and analyzed the PCI Linux driver of vw2010, then discusses the framework of the PCI Linux driver and the interface between driver and Linux kernel 2.4. x in light of the development driver, especially the implementation of one kind of the stream DMA.
