摘要
分析我国农业科研体系中人才管理存在的问题,提出建立高效农业科研队伍必须重新认识现行人才管理思想,要以科研创新为导向,树立"人本"管理服务理念,充分运用人力资源管理的各项要素,确保农业科研队伍的健康发展。
This paper analyzes the problems concerning the management of talents in agricultural science and technology research organizations in our country. To ensure the healthy development of the construction of agricultural science and technology research troop, the paper points out that we must gain a new insight into the present talent management system, and that according to human-oriented management concept, we must make full use of all kinds of human resources.
