摘要
根据滚珠螺旋传动的特性,对滚珠环面蜗杆传动的摩擦与受力作了理论分析;推导出该装置传动效率的理论计算公式,并针对现有的两代样机进行了传动效率的测试,其结果表明,该装置的传动效率高于普通蜗轮副。
The paper theoretically analyses the fraction and stress of the ball globoid worm driving device according to its characteristics. The formula of the driving device efficiency is derived and the measurement of the two generation sample machines is made. The results show that the efficiency of the driving device is higher than that of common worm-gears.
