摘要
介绍了调相型(过零)光耦可靠性试验的几种方法和试验数据,尤其是对调相型光耦的脉冲电流冲击试验做了详细的描述。同时提示大家如何选择可靠性较高的光耦。最后,列举了一个典型的实验,说明了光耦可靠性的重要性。
In this text,we introduced some testing methods and experimented data＇s of the Non-Zero Cross （Zero Cross） photo-couplers. Especially there is a detailed description for impact testing of their pulse-current. At the same time we can find a good way to choose higher reliably photo-couplers. Finally a typical experiment would be showed that reliability of photo-coupler is very important in application.
