摘要
近些年四川竞技足球跌入自职业联赛以来的低谷,一个相当重要的原因是四川足球在后备人才培养上和可持续发展上已经滞后于当今社会对四川足球发展的要求。调查了四川省足球管理人员、教练员以及后备人才的培养现状,从社会学、政策学、运动训练学等多角度对足球后备人才管理体制、训练体制、体教结合等培养体制问题进行探讨,力求寻出四川省足球后备人才培养的有效模式。
In recent years, Sichuan competitive football has sunk to a low ebb since the professional matches. One of the reasons is that Sichuan football fell behind social demand in reserved talents training and sustainable development. This essay studies current situation of football managers, coaches and reserved talents in Sichuan, discusses issues of training system such as management system, training system, and combination of sports and teaching from the angles of sociology, science of policy as well as sports training, in order to find out an efficient mode to train Sichuan reserved football talents.
