厚膜电路在汽车点火模块生产中的应用正日益增加。在叙述点火模块厚膜电路的生产过程中系统介绍了厚膜封装工艺、相关设备。
Thick film
circuit have been used increasingly in the manufacturing of car ignition modules. This paper
introduces thick film assembling technique, equipment, technical parameters and testing methods
while narrat ing the manufacturing process of thick film circuits.
