摘要
目的探讨变应性鼻炎（AR）患者血清中可溶性E-选择素（sE-selectin）的表达及临床意义，并了解常年性AR与季节性AR相互间的表达差异。方法用ELISA方法定量检测60例变应性鼻炎患者（其中常年性及季节性变应性鼻炎患者各30例）血清中可溶性D选择素的含量，将其结果与健康对照组结果进行统计学分析。结果变应性鼻炎患者中常年性AR组及季节性AR组血清中可溶性E-选择素均高度表达，与健康对照组相比较，结果均增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；且常年性AR血清中可溶性B选择素表达比季节性AR患者血清中的表达低（P〈0．05）。结论可溶性B选择素在AR患者血清中呈高表达，与AR发病具有一定关系。
Objective To explore the expression of soluble E-selectin （sE-selectin） in allergic rhinitis （AR） and the difference of sE-seletctin between perennial allergic rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis, Methods Thirty cases with perennial, 30 cases with seasonal allergic rhinitis and 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this study, Serum sE-seletctin was measured with ELISA, Results Higher expression of sE-seletctin was observed in AR group than that of the control group, especially in sea- sonal allergic rhinitis group, Conclusion sE-seletctin is highly expressed in allergic rhinitis and it may attribute to the onset of AR,
