摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长约22nt的非蛋白编码RNA家族,它通过切割mRNA或者抑制翻译两种作用机制调控动植物生长发育。大量研究表明miRNA与人类疾病密切相关,其在肿瘤、心脏病、糖尿病和艾滋病等多种疾病中都起着重要作用。miRNA的深入研究,将有助于对生物体各种生理、病理机制的理解,并最终可能为疾病诊断和治疗提供新的思路和理论基础。
