葡萄球菌对甲氧西林耐药的调控机制 被引量:1

摘要 由于临床分离的葡萄球菌对甲氧西林的耐药日益严重,其对临床抗感染治疗已形成严峻挑战,因此受到人们的广泛关注。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的不断发展特别是几株葡萄球菌全基因组测序的完成,葡萄球菌对甲氧西林耐药的分子机制的研究已逐步深入。现就葡萄球菌对甲氧西林耐药的调控机制的研究进展作一综述。
