血管内皮生长因子-D在胃癌转移中的作用

摘要
血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)是近年来被发现的表达于淋巴管内皮细胞的特异性标志物,通过与VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3结合而发挥促血管、淋巴管生成的作用,临床上利用这一机制来控制胃癌的淋巴道转移。淋巴道转移是胃癌转移最重要的途径,淋巴结中肿瘤灶的出现常常是胃癌预后不良的最重要因素。作为淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标志物,VEGF-D在评价胃癌患者预后方面具有重要价值。现就VEGF-D的作用、机制、预后评价及治疗方面的进展作一综述。
