欧盟食品质量安全体系建设的特点及对我国的启示 被引量:7

摘要 概述了欧盟食品安全体系的建设背景和发展状况,总结出欧盟食品安全体系的五大特点,结合我国农产品质量安全体系的建设现状,从管理体制、科技支撑、监测手段、控制措施和配套制度与标准等方面进行对比分析,最后提出适合我国农产品质量安全体系建设的发展思路。 The construction background and development status within the food safety framework of the European Union (EU)were outlined in this paper and five major features of the framework were concluded. While taking into consideration of the current status of agro-product quality and safety in China, comparative analysis was undertaken in terms of administration mechanism, scientific and technological backup, supervision approaches, controlling measures, relative guidelines and standards. Strategies that parallel the systematic construction of the agro-product quality and safety in China were put forward at the end of the paper.
