摘要
从罹病榕双角蜡蚧(Dicyphococcus ficicola Borchsenius)上分离纯化得到一株对榕双角蜡蚧具有寄生作用的镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)菌株。该菌株菌丝在查彼克、沙氏培养基上生长较快;菌丝生长温度范围为5-30℃,最适生长温度为25℃;菌丝适宜生长的pH为3~12,最适生长pH为7-8;菌丝生长较适合的碳源为葡萄糖、麦芽糖和山梨醇,最适氮源为尿素和L-胱氨酸;菌丝在连续光照、12L:12D光暗交替条件下生长较快,连续黑暗条件下生长较慢。
The strain of Fusarium sp. isolated from the natural infected Dicyphococcusficicola Borchsenius. The study on biological characteristics, results indicated that it grows quickly in the Czapek'Agar and Sabourand's Agar culture medium. The growth temperature ranges from 5 to 30℃, and the optimal growth temperature is 25℃. The favorable growth pH ranges from 3 to 12, and the opumal growth pH is 7 to 8. Glucose, Maltose and Sorbitol can be the alternative carbonic source for its growth, Urea and L -Cystine are the best nitrogenous sources for its growth. It grows more faster under the condition of 24 h light and 12L: 12D, slowly under 24 h dark.
