摘要
目的考察注射用奥硝唑与加替沙星氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用奥硝唑与加替沙星氯化钠注射液配伍后溶液在常温下(20℃)8h内不同时间的最大吸收峰峰位和吸收度,观察溶液的色泽并测定其pH值。结果4h内配伍液的吸收峰位、吸收度、色泽及pH值均无明显变化。结论注射用奥硝唑与加替沙星氯化钠注射液配伍后在常温下4h内稳定。
Objective To evaluate the stability of ornidazole for injection compatible with gatifloxacin and sodium chloride injection. Methods Ornidazole for injection was compatible with gatifloxacin and sodium chloride injection and the solution was stored at ordinary temperature for 8 h, the maximum absorption peak and absorbance of the solution were determined by UV- vis, and the color of the solution was observed, and its pH value was determined. Results There were no significant changes in absorption peak, absorbance, color and pH value of the compatible solution within 4 h. Conclusion Ornidazole for injection is compatible with gatifloxacin and sodium chloride injection,and the compatible solution remains stable at ordinary temperature for 4 h.
