口炎清胶囊质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Kouyanqing Capsule

目的建立口炎清胶囊的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法对胶囊中甘草、金银花进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对胶囊中绿原酸进行含量测定。结果用TLC法能对甘草、金银花进行鉴别,且斑点清晰,分离度好,易于识别;绿原酸的含量限度规定为不得少于1.00mg/粒。结论该法简便,快速,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Kouyanqing Capsule. Methods The TLC method was used to identify glycyrrhiza uralensis and flos lonicerae,and the HPLC method was used for determination of chlorogenic acid. Results Glyeyrrhiza, honeysuckle could be detected by TLC, also the spot was clear, the dissociation was good. It was easy to distinguish. The content limit of chlorogenic acid was not lower than 1.00 mg per capsule, Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,rapid,accurate and well- replied and it can be used for the quantitative control of this product.
