摘要
目的建立山楂丸的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描,测定波长λS=535nm,参比波长λR=650nm,线性参数SX=3,狭缝为0.4mm×0.4mm。结果熊果酸进样量在1.0016~5.008μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD=2.4%(n=5)。结论薄层扫描法简便易行,结果准确可靠,可用于山楂丸的质量控制。
Objective To set up a method for the quality control of Shanzha Pill. Methods The scanning method was dual wavelength reflection zigzag scanning with the detection wavelength at 535 nm,the reference wavelength at 650 nm, the linearity parameter SX =3 and slit size at 0.4 mm × 0. 4 mm. Results The linear range was 1.001 6 - 5. 008 μg( r = 0.999 4). The average recovery rate of ursolic acid was 100. 6%,and RSD was 2.4% (n =5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shanzha Pill.
