摘要
目的建立测定浓维磷糖浆中总磷量的紫外分光光度法。方法根据磷与钼酸-钒酸铵试剂形成络合物,用紫外分光光度法测定络合物在400nm波长处的吸收度,来确定总磷量(以PO43-计)。结果PO43-质量浓度在6.13×10-3~3.07×10-2mg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;方法平均回收率为100.86%,RSD=0.54%。结论该方法准确、灵敏,重现性好,适用于浓维磷糖浆中总磷量的测定。
Objective To establish UV-vis method for the determination of total phosphate radical in concentrated divitamins and sodium phosphate syrup. Methods The absorption of the sample at wavelength 400 nm was assayed by using the equal sample treated with molybolic acid and ammonium vanadate made in complex. Results The calibration curve of total phosphate radical was linear (r=0. 999 7) over the range of 6. 13×10^-3 -3.07 × 10^-2mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 100. 86% ,with the RSD of 0. 54% (n =6). Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be applied to determine total phosphate radiacal in concentrated divitamins and sodium phosphate syrup.
