摘要
目的分析产科新生儿窒息的原因,为预防其发生提供经验。方法回顾性分析医院2004—2006年新生儿窒息113例的病历资料。结果新生儿窒息发生率为3.74%,引发原因中90.26%为胎儿高危因素,93.81%为分娩时高危因素,65.49%为母体高危因素,多数是多种因素同时存在。结论胎儿高危因素、分娩时高危因素、母体高危因素是导致新生儿窒息的主要原因。加强围产期保健及自我监护意识,预防早产,采取综合监测指标提高产科临床诊断的准确性,避免不必要的剖宫产是降低新生儿窒息发生率的关键。
Objective To analyse the obstetrics causes of neonatal asphyxia and to find the ways to prevent its occurrence, Methods 113 cases of neonatal asphyxia in the hospital during 2004-2006 were retrospectively reviewed to explore the different effect of various causes on neonatal asphyxia. Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia was 3.74%. Among those with neonatal asphyxia, the high risk factors of fetus covered 90. 26% , factors of puerpera did 93.81% and factors of pregnant women did 65.49%, respectively. Conclusion The major causes of neonatal asphyxia are factors of fetus, puerpera and pregnant women. Improving healthy protection of pregnant women, strengthening the delivery monitoring, preventing premature delivery and controlling the rate of cesarean section are the key of decreasing the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia.
