男性急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清睾酮与血管性假血友病因子改变的关系 被引量:5

Correlation between the serum levels of testosterone and von Willebrand factor in male patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:观察不同类型男性冠心病患者血清睾酮、游离睾酮与血管性假血友病因子水平改变及互相间相关关系,进一步探讨睾酮与血管性假血友病因子在男性急性冠脉综合征发病中的作用。方法:冠心病患者分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI)、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)、稳定型心绞痛组(SAP),每组30例患者,另设健康对照组30例,比较各组间血清睾酮、游离睾酮与血管性假血友病因子水平差异并分析其相关性。结果:AMI组和UA组血清游离睾酮与血管性假血友病因子水平与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清游离睾酮与血管性假血友病因子水平改变与急性冠脉综合征的发生有关,可作为评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性与病变严重程度的一个参考指标,并为临床预防和治疗急性冠脉综合征开辟了新的途径。 Objective To investigate the relationship between testosterone, free testosterone and yon Willebrand factor and to explore the mechanism of internal environment disturbance of sex hormones on atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease in male patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods For measuring serum concentration of testosterone, free testosterone, and yon Willebrand factor, three groups of 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, stable angina pectoris and one equivalent group of 30 healthy volunteers (control group) were recruited. The serum of testosterone, free testosterone, and yon Willebrand factor were measured with ELISA method. Results The serum level of free testosterone in the patients with acute coronary syndrome was significantly lower, but of von Willebrand factor was notably higher than that in control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The changes of serum concentrations of free testosterone and von Willebrand factor are associated with initiation and progression of acute coronary syndrome, and they may help evaluating stability of coronary atherosclerotic score and severity of disease. In addition, this study hints a new way to prevent and treat acute coronary syndrome.
