经额颞眶颧入路视神经管减压术

Application on the optic canal microsurgical decompression of the frontotemporal orbitozygomatic approach

目的:探讨额颞眶颧视神经管减压术的手术方法及治疗意义。方法:采用经额颞眶颧视神经管减压术治疗15例外伤性视神经损伤患者。结果:8例患者术后视力较术前提高>0.1;4例患者有改善<0.1;3例无好转。结论:经额颞眶颧视神经管减压术是一种治疗外伤性视神经损伤有效的手段。

Objective To evaluate the significance of transnasal frontotemporal orbitozygomatic microsurgical optic decomression in traumatic neuropathy. Methods Fifteen patients with blindness from traumatic optic neuropathy were treated with transnasal frontotemporal orbitozygomatic microsurgical optic decompression. Results Eight patients improved in visual more than 0. 1 after operation. Four patients improved in visual less than 0. 1. Three patients didn＇t improve after operation. Conclusion Transnasal frontotemporal orbitozygomatic microsurgical optic is an effective method for traumatic optic neuropathy.
