达英-35加二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征50例疗效观察被引量：6

摘要目的:探讨达英-35加二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法:从月经或撤退性出血后第3d或第5d开始,每天服达英-35(每片含醋酸环丙孕酮2mg,炔雌醇35μg)服21d停药,二甲双胍500mg,3次/d,每天服用,待撤退性出血后第3d或第5d开始下一周期治疗。结果:治疗后症状明显改善,月经周期规律,痤疮明显改善,毛发生长明显减缓,血FSH,LH,PRL,T,E2,INS水平均有不同程度的下降或恢复正常。结论:达英-35和二甲双胍能明显降低血LH,INS及T的水平,效果良好,如有反跳,可考虑再使用达英-35和二甲双胍,或者在停药后给予常规的排卵药,以巩固治疗。
