摘要
ЖС6УNi基高温合金是航空发动机涡轮叶片常用的材料,为了提高其氧化性能,利用自制的Al-Si-Y合金阴极靶材,采用电弧离子镀技术在ЖС6УNi基高温合金基体上沉积Al-Si-Y合金涂层,研究了Al-Si-Y涂层在1100℃时的恒温氧化性能、1000℃时的循环氧化性能。结果表明:Al-Si-Y涂层在氧化过程中生成了连续致密的A12O3膜。将Al-Si-Y涂层与传统的二元渗Al-Si层以及国内外的多元涂层相比较,结果表明Al-Si-Y涂层的氧化性能要优于其他涂层。
ЖC6Y Ni base high-temperature alloy is the material which is used for the turbine blade of the aero engine. In order to improve the oxidation resistance, using the Al-Si-Y cathode target material, Al-Si-Y alloy coating was deposited on ЖC6Y Ni base high-temperature alloy by arc ion plating (AIP). The isothermal oxidation resistance at 1100℃ and circle oxidation resistance at 1000℃ were studied. The results indicate that the continuous and dense Al2O3 scale is formed. This coating is compared with the Al-Si coating and the multiply element coatings, the results show that the oxidation resistance of the present Al-Si-Y coating is better than other coatings.
