摘要
采用高碘酸钠对棉纤维进行选择性氧化,再利用丝胶溶液对棉纤维进行处理,使丝胶涂覆于棉纤维上,并对经丝胶处理后的棉纤维结构和性能进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,不需要添加其他试剂,丝胶可以直接涂覆于氧化棉纤维上,并生成席夫碱结合键;且经丝胶处理后氧化棉纤维的表面变得光滑平整,其力学性能基本不变。
Selectively oxidized with NalO4, cotton fibers were treated with sericin solution. The structure and properties of cotton fibers coated with sericin were studied. The results show that sericin could be directly coated on the oxidized cotton fiber without any other reagent and form a covalence bond between amido group and aldehyde group. Furthermore, the surface of oxidized cotton fiber becomes smooth and the mechanical properties change little after treated with sericin.
